WE PROVIDE A HOST of real estate finance services, incorporating a
unique perspective provided by having been a borrower, lender and expert
witness. Our principal focus in the finance area is in assisting clients
with the following:
- Equity Financing — structuring terms and advising and assisting with the raising of equity for individual properties and portfolios
- Debt Financing — arranging debt and negotiating financing terms for your properties, or your company as a whole, including commercial construction financing, permanent loans on income properties or corporate debt facilities
- Analysis of Alternative Sources of Financing — weighing competitive financing quotes and choosing the best alternative for your business
- Negotiation, Documentation & Closing — working with capital providers to procure commitments and negotiate terms and loan documents required for closing and funding
