Crawford, CRE that provides real estate consulting services in the areas of finance, investment and strategic planning, including workouts & restructures. Our clients include investors, developers, borrowers, lenders, and attorneys, for whom expert witness services are also provided.
Mr. Crawford is a 35-year veteran of the commercial banking and real estate industries. His experiences involve over $7.25 billion in real estate transactions in 20 states in the U.S. and include all property types. Mr. Crawford has worked both as a lender and owner/borrower, so he can speak to both sides of complex real estate transactions. He represents both plaintiff and defense claims.
