Such expertise includes: standards of practice in real estate lending, lending standards for commercial loans, development feasibility, problem credit workouts and debt restructuring.
• Types of Disputes — Typical cases would include lender liability, breach of contract, commitments to lend, failure to fund, partnership disputes, tortious interference, defaults under loans included in commercial mortgage-backed securities, continuing development obligations, mortgage warehousing, sub-prime mortgage warehousing fraud, and failed construction projects.
